The Nightmare Before Christmas
My only fear in telling this story is that it will be impossible to impart the true nature of this experience to another human being who wasn't there to experience it. I, like an idot, read an ad and BELIEVED it, about this awesome place called 'Winterworld'. By the way, that marketing company is pure genius and I plan to use them should I ever launch my own venture. This is how the ad looked:
"WinterWorld is Now Open. The Crowds Have Found Us. New HoursThrough January"

Well, let's just say that one look around the parking lot gave us a clue that we had been misled. Please check out the looks on the kids' faces when we 'experienced' this place for ourselves.
